Introduction

Ground Handling training course is designed to equip station staff and ground service providers with operational knowledge about an efficient and necessary skills successfully manage all aspects of Ground Operations.

This course will provide Aerodrome Officer with basic knowledge, skills and attitudes required to effectively perform their assigned tasks in Apron Management and operation, in accordance with ICAO & IATA

Objectives

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  •  Emphasise Ground Operations knowledge according to international standards
  • Advance integrated operational and management skills on Ground Operations functions as Service Provider or as Airline Ground staff
  •  Manage and oversee the ground handling services
  • Gain the knowledge to understand the critical importance of apron Safety management
