Introduction

• Auditing is a fundamental part of an effective Safety Management System (SMS).
• This course provides delegates with the knowledge and competencies needed to enable them to manage, plan, conduct and report a wide range of audits in support of regulatory compliance.

• Explain how the audit process can enhance an airport’s SMS
• Describe the techniques to use for audit follow-up actions
